President Eric Andresen continues to represent the industry through active participation in multiple association boards, including the San Francisco and California Apartment Associations. His primary focus has been helping property owners and property managers do their best in caring for their properties.
Eric has published dozens of articles for the San Francisco Apartment Association's monthly magazine, the SFA Magazine. A selection of those articles is linked below.
Eric helped create the SFAA annual Trophy Awards in 2007. West Coast is also proud of staff recognized for excellence with their own Trophy Awards.
