Our History

Founded in 1956, West Coast Property Management grew from a development and investment company into one of San Francisco's most respected management firms.

Robert Andresen built the property management division in the 1960s and earned the CPM designation in 1970. His son Eric joined permanently in 1984 and became President in 1993, continuing a family tradition of personal attention and professional excellence.

Today West Coast manages nearly 2,500 residential units and more than one million square feet of commercial space, with a staff recognized repeatedly for quality of service and industry leadership.
